The Title VI and LEP Plan was approved by the Technical Committee and Policy Board on November 6, 2017. Federal civil rights and transportation legislation, through the Civil Rights Act of 1964, requires that each MPO develop and implement a plan to assist persons with limited English proficiency, as well as those with disabilities. FMPO remains committed to assuring that no person shall, on the grounds of race, color, national origin, sex, age, religion, disability or income status, be denied benefits of or be otherwise subjected to discrimination under any FMPO program or activity.
